Executive Chef

Andy Maglione brings 25 years of culinary experience to Ryan's Pub in Monroe Township. Experience that took him from a small pizzeria in Verona, NJ, to being Production Manager at Seton Hall, owning his own restaurant in Forked River, and being the Executive Sous Chef in Atlantic City and Executive Chef at the Newark Airport Sheraton.

Even with all that he has achieved he still likes the intimacy of cooking in small venues, making Andy and Ryan's Pub such a perfect match.
